How Long Have You Been In Business

The Owner has over 35 years of business experience in Arizona. The owners' first job in the water industry was selling solar water heaters and salt-water softeners in 1984. After working for other reputable companies he started EarthWise Water Technologies LLC in 2012 to introduce NEW technologies to the water industry.

 

Do you give Free In-Home Water Tests?

Yes, we offer FREE no-obligation in-home water testing and education. We pride ourselves on having the system you prefer, not selling the system we carry. Most companies have one type of water conditioning system and do all they can to convince you that all other systems are inadequate. We carry all the technologies of water treatment so we teach you how they work, you decide what best fits your needs.

How do I place an order?

​You can give us a call to place an order or we can send you an invoice through Square. If you are in Arizona or California we also offer installation on all systems by one of our qualified registered contractors.

Payment and Shipping

You can call and place an order or we can send you an invoice through Square. We can drop ship your order direct to your door in many cases, under 7 days.​ All systems come with instructions to self-install. Each unit includes all necessary hardware for homeowner installation on an existing loop. We can also help you find a qualified installer.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All Orders are shipped within 3 business days after the order has been paid for. We use Square processing ​for all transactions.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for insured ​return shipping. Products need to be in unused, undamaged condition, and in original packaging. If the unit is damaged in shipping, shipping company insurance is responsible. All units are shipped insured.
